What data does the app process?

• Shop & session data (e.g. shop domain, session identifiers) to authenticate and operate the embedded app.
• Product data (e.g. title, vendor, variant SKU, images, Chrono24 metafields) to generate the Chrono24 feed and help merchants fix missing required fields.
• Technical data (e.g. logs on errors) for stability and troubleshooting.

Purposes

• Generate and serve the Chrono24 XML feed.
• Validate minimum requirements and show missing required fields in the Admin app.
• Support setup steps (e.g. webhooks/metafields) initiated by the merchant.

Storage & deletion

• Shop-scoped session and setup status are stored to operate the app and are deleted on uninstall.
• Shop-specific feed defaults are stored (condition/currency/delivery time) and are deleted on uninstall and onshop/redact.

GDPR webhooks

The app supports Shopify GDPR webhooks (e.g. customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) to respond to requests and delete/anonymize data where applicable.
